Support for this learning surface runs through the request form below. A few honest boundaries:

• No published support hours yet. Staffing and response commitments are not yet set; we won't print hours we can't staff. Every request gets a real reference and an honest state; a human answer follows once support staffing is in place.
• Saved means saved. Receipts distinguish "saved", "notification pending", "assigned", and "resolved". Saved means stored — not necessarily read by a person yet. Keep your reference; you can check its state any time on the status page.
• Version context helps. The guides here were checked against the product source at dmitriy718/tradeflows-pro@2e5540a (2025-12-16), per the audit of 2026-09-17. Mention the guide and step you were on, and whether app.tradeflows.net loaded for you.
• Security reports do not go in the general queue. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, say so in the subject line and keep details minimal — reports are routed to a restricted channel, and never include credentials or exploit material in the form.
• No credentials, ever. Not in this form, not anywhere on this site. The app has no accounts, so nothing legitimate will ask.
• Product purchases and plans are not handled here. This site has no billing function; the product's offer, if any, lives on tradeflows.net.
